Careers
Pelvic floor problems are something most people meet with age, yet for a long time they went unspoken. We are a company trying to answer that with products. We are looking for people who want to face the same direction.
What it is like here
A problem found in an OB-GYN consulting room becomes a product specification. The distance between planning, engineering, sales and clinical feedback is unusually short.
We assume we will try things
There are few precedents in this field. The number of attempts decides the outcome more than finding the right answer first. We plan with failure built in.
Reach beyond your own remit
Regulatory affairs, clinical practice, overseas rules. Nobody starts as an expert. The people who grow fastest are those curious about the work next to theirs.
A small team that covers for each other
We do not divide work finely. One person sees a wide area. That is exactly why we value people who can pick up a colleague's task.
