Our Story

Our name comes from "I Seek You." Pelvic floor concerns are something most people encounter with age — yet they often go unspoken, and care goes unsought.

Pelvic floor concerns come with age, for everyone. So we go looking.

Working alongside clinics, we have seen countless people give up before care ever reached them. So instead of waiting, we go looking. ICQ builds devices at prices and in forms that reach people outside the exam room — designed with the clinics that use them.

ICQ does not simply make devices and sell them. Together with clinicians across Japan, we have been increasing the number of places where pelvic floor care can actually be received.

Founding NAPH, the National Association for Pelvic Health

Working alongside NAFC (National Association For Continence) in the United States, ICQ's representative is leading the founding of NAPH, a body to give pelvic floor care in Japan a common footing. ICQ has been a corporate member of NAFC since 2024.
