The business of ICQ G.K. (Godo Kaisha ICQ, a limited liability company incorporated in Japan) runs along a single, continuous line of care — from focused care at the clinic to day-to-day maintenance at home. Rather than selling stand-alone devices, ICQ builds the environment in which care continues.
Clinical Devices
For Medical Institutions
We plan, develop, and sell pelvic floor training systems and energy-based devices for OB-GYN, urology, and private-pay clinics.
Working alongside OB-GYN clinics every day, we support the whole path from evaluation to day-to-day operation — as a single package.
In FY2026, we were selected for a Tokyo Metropolitan SME Support Center development grant (medical device industry entry program), and are advancing a domestically developed model built on our existing device.
Private-Pay Care Consulting
For Clinics
From the day the equipment arrives until private-pay care becomes part of your clinic’s daily routine, we work alongside you.
We serve obstetrics and gynecology, urology, and private-pay clinics. Our support covers the design of private-pay service menus, staff training, establishing daily operations, and equipment maintenance as one continuous service. We stage the rollout in order, from equipment to support, in-clinic retail and additional equipment, and keep each step within the capacity of your rooms and your staff.
Fees are a fixed monthly subscription, offered in two plans. We do not charge fees linked to patient numbers or private-pay revenue, as such arrangements may constitute patient referral brokering under Japan’s Medical Care Act. Our approach is built on the day-to-day operating experience of our group’s obstetrics and gynecology clinics (EASE Group).
Back-Office Services
Operations
Billing, HR, reception and publicity. We take on the work behind the consultation room that your clinic cannot get to.
We serve OB/GYN, urology and private-pay clinics. Our staff handle the day-to-day administration that can be done outside the clinic: issuing invoices and reconciling payments, closing timesheets and preparing payroll. First-line handling of calls, emails and web forms, publicity work and grant applications come through the same contact point.

The service is built on the administration we run every day for the OB/GYN clinics in our own group (EASE Group). You choose which areas to hand over, and combined with our private-pay care consulting, clinical start-up and administration move forward through a single contact.

Childcare & Education
Childcare and education
ICQ operates Sakuragawa English Preschool in Irifune, Chuo-ku, Tokyo, and a childcare room for sick and convalescing children in Ichikawa, Chiba.
It is an English immersion preschool for children aged 2 to 6, with 4 to 7 children per class. The curriculum combines Montessori with the Finnish HEI ECEC approach, and meals are cooked on site under the supervision of a registered dietitian. The school marked its eighth year in 2026.
The preschool occupies the ground floor at 1-6-3 Irifune, Chuo-ku, in the same neighbourhood as our head office and showroom. Care for women before and after childbirth, and a place for their children to grow, sit within the same neighbourhood.
The childcare room for sick and convalescing children is run in Motoyawata under contract with the City of Ichikawa. We hire and place its nurses and childcare workers ourselves.

We work on postpartum recovery from the side of the families who need it.
We operate a matching service that connects families who need postpartum recovery care with the facilities that provide it.
Planning and operating pre- and post-natal care services has been one of ICQ's stated corporate purposes since its founding.
